Species Specific Surveys

The team members hold multiple Schedule 1 licences that are required to undertake surveys for the species above and any others currently protected under Schedule 1 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 as amended.
Suitable for small, medium, and large development areas.
Thermal Imaging
Nocturnal surveys are often included to provide information on the night time activities of birds and we consider Thermal Imaging Surveys to be an integral part of bird surveying. Thermal Imaging Technology is especially useful during winter bird surveys as sites can be devoid of birds during the day, but are utilised more specifically at night, particularly useful for skylark, golden plover and jack snipe for example, and a wider variety of wildfowl and shore birds.
